We annually look into the average heights and weights of the players playing the most on winning NBA teams. At the halfway mark of the NBA season, there were 13 teams with winning records. We used the 5-man lineups that have been used the most this season (according to NBA.com), to determine which five players would be a part of the study.
We found that the average point guard in such cases is 6'3", 206 lbs. Russell Westbrook (6'3", 200 lbs.) best exemplifies this measurement. At the TWO spot, the average is 6'5, 209 lbs. Tim Hardaway Jr. is closest to that size, at 6'5", 205 lbs. The small forward position has an average of 6'7", 217 lbs. The Miami Heat's Duncan Robinson fits that mold at 6'7", 215 lbs. FOURs in the NBA, on winning teams, average 6'9", 238 lbs. Al Horford is virtually that guy at 6'9", 240 lbs. Finally, the Center position is an average of 6'11", 258 lbs. Marc Gasol is 6'11", 255 lbs. (if you believe the measurements that NBA.com posts).
