Daum was Summit League Player of the Year three times. He averaged 25.3 points, and 11.7 rebounds per game in 2018-19. He shot 37% from beyond the college arc, and 83% FT this season. He is a career 41% three-point shooter. Daum gets to the free throw line with regularity. Daum improved his rebounding and shot blocking with each successive season.  He is particularly effective as a defensive rebounder. Daum was a "plus defender" on his college team. He finished second in the Summit League at boxscore plus/minus.  ...Daum's weaknesses are his relative lack of running and jumping ability, and his decision making. He had more turnovers than assists in his career. He improved his body in the last couple years, and the 23 year-old now is more mobile than he was previously. ...We do not expect Daum to be drafted. Daum has SKILL. We won't be surprised at all if he makes a NBA team eventually. Even though he is 23 years old, we would have no problem using a second round pick on Daum.
