Jackson, Frank Duke  6'4" 202 SG frosh. Frank Jackson probably did not have the kind of freshman season at Duke that many expected him to have. Jackson averaged 10.9 points per game. He shot 47.3% FG, 39.5% 3-pt., 75% FT. He was somewhat limited because Luke Kennard was ahead of him. Jackson played much more like a two-guard than a point guard. His 1.24-to-1 assist-to-turnover ratio is not PG stuff. All of that having been written, Jackson has undeniable ability and we think the best is yet to come for him. He is a super athlete with a 42" max. vert. (same as Ben McLemore and Victor Oladipo.)  Jackson has a 6'7.5" wingspan (same as Rudy Fernandez, and Markel Brown). Defensively, Jackson needs to be more interested. His DEFRTG was significantly worse than the Duke team DEFRTG. That is concerning. ...He was a highly sought after recruit. Jackson was a McDonald's All-American. He played in the PowerAde Jam Fest, where he won the dunk contest and in the All-Star game where he was Co-MVP with Josh Jackson (not related). ...Jackson is a tough one to gauge. He has obvious talent, and he also has obvious holes in his game.

Good advice: In 2012, the 30th pick in the NBA Draft was Festus Ezeli. We advised, "Draft Draymond Green."
