Metu, Chimezie USC 6'10" 219 C jr.  Metu averaged 15.7 points, and 7.4 rebounds per game as a junior at USC. He likes to shoot three but he made just 30% 3-pt FG (career). Metu shot 73% FT in 2017-18. He had more turnovers than assists. …Defensively, Metu was a positive for USC. The Trojans were 3.3 points better per 100 possessions with Metu on the floor. ...Metu is a kid that will always give himself a chance. He likes to shoot it. He moves well for a guy with his size. ...Metu, originally from Nigeria, played at the 2014 NIKE Global Challenge for Nigeria. ...Because of his inconsistent shooting from deep, and his lack of playmaking ability, we view Metu as a Center only on offense at this stage. That pool is so deep in the NBA that we doubt Metu will get into a meaningful NBA game anytime soon. He seems destined to be a late second round pick.

Good Advice: In 2014, the 8th pick in the NBA Draft was Nik Stauskas. We advised, "Draft Kyle Anderson."
